Following on in the tradition of Noctua’s classic NH-U series, which received more than 1000 awards and recommendations from international specialist publications, the NH-U14S has become a benchmark for premium 140-mm single-tower coolers.
The TR4-SP3 model has a larger contact surface that has been specially adapted for the AMD sTRX4/sWRX8/TR4/SP3 (Ryzen Threadripper/Epyc) platforms and is delivered with the latest SecuFirm2™ mounting system for sTRX4/TR4/SP3. This high-quality complete package that makes up the NH-U14S TR4-SP3 is topped off by the renowned, quiet NF-A15 PWM 140-mm fan and Noctua’s reliable NT-H1 thermal compound.
Note
Please note that the NH-U14S TR4-SP3 is a model that is intended for use with AMD sTRX4/sWRX8/TR4/SP3 sockets. Due to the custom larger contact surface, the cooler cannot be used in most other sockets and is not compatible with Noctua’s standard mounting systems.
